Here’s some things we can all do to get the best out of Snappy Skills.

Snappy Skills is a training course marketplace. Our aim is to provide top quality short on-demand training courses. Our aim is to ensure that no matter how busy you are, you have access to training content to help you develop your skills.

It’s also a place for quality trainers, teachers and instructors to showcase their skills and generate another source of revenue.

Snappy Skills connects instructors and their content with students who want to learn. To make our platform work, there are some things that we can all do to make sure everyone gets exactly what they need from it. This is where the Snappy Skills Spirit comes in.

We use the term ‘in the sprit of our platform’ in various places across our website. The Snappy Skills Spirit helps us to understand what that term means. Essentially, the Sprit is a list of things the 3 groups of people who use the platform – that’s us, instructors and students can do to make sure everyone sees success.

We will:

  • Ensure our website is easy to use, easy to access and find what you are looking for
  • Ensure that all items listed are at the right quality and standard that students should expect
  • Provide helpful, support and advice about our platform where needed
  • Ensure we have a fair set of terms and conditions that benefit everyone
  • Invest in and develop the platform to ensure everyone gets the best possible experience
  • Deal with problems and issues swiftly and fairly
  • Be an objective partner to both students and instructors

STUDENTS

Should:

  • Ensure payments are made on-time to instructors 
  • Recognise that instructors are a resource and not a personal tutor
  • Communicate with respect when using the communication tools on our platform
  • Take the time to check that the course title they are buying is right for their needs
  • Report any issues swiftly
  • Be fair with the other two parties

INSTRUCTORS

Should:

  • Ensure course titles are of an incredibly high standard
  • Provide a fair overview of the title that they are offering
  • Keep materials updated
  • Answer any student questions in a timely manner
  • Report any issues swiftly
  • Be fair with the other two parties
  • Communicate with respect when using the communication tools on our platform
